1TA sources and manages 180 skilled and general labour personnel for a long-term infrastructure contract, handling mobilization, visas and daily site supervision.

A dedicated 1TA site supervisor manages attendance, rotation and welfare on behalf of the client, reporting weekly headcount and productivity figures.
